GSL Global
GSL Global is a new company built on 20 years of experience held within its team. Our approach brings together defence acquisition expertise, technical understanding and disciplined contract management to support government procurement.
That experience informs how we work: understand the requirement, assess the risks, maintain clear compliance controls and manage delivery carefully. As a new business, GSL Global draws on the professional experience of its people while building its own company track record.
Leadership
Matt Dey
Chief Operating Officer
Matt Dey serves as Chief Operating Officer at GSL Global, overseeing federal procurement, regulatory compliance and strategic acquisition management.
A veteran U.S. Army Officer with extensive defence acquisition experience, Matt combines technical systems expertise with acquisition oversight. His knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) supports a disciplined approach to contracting and contract execution.
Matt holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential and Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certifications in Contracting and Program Management.
His experience spans complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) and IT requirements. He bridges the gap between technical mission needs and federal procurement requirements, helping GSL Global assess compliance, manage corporate risk and coordinate delivery.
Through his oversight of contract performance, high-value subcontracts and acquisition strategy, Matt supports GSL Global's work with defence and federal civilian agencies.
